Our Fire Alarm Maintenance Services Include

  • Four visits per year

  • Entries into a Log Book are checked

  • Standby batteries and connections are checked

  • 25% of devices are tested on each visit

  • Sounders, inputs, outputs and signal to alarm receiving centre (ARC) are tested

  • Visual inspection is carried out on the premises for any structural changes

  • Siting of all devices are inspected in accordance with Irish standards

  • Training on the system will be provided to the responsible person

  • Device checklist updated and issued to customer

  • Log book and certificate are signed and updated
